The American Red Cross will conduct a Blood Drive at the Northmor Board Office (the former high school building) on Thursday August 2^nd. The drive will be from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. All donors will receive one free ticket to Kings Island.

High summer temperatures and a prolonged power outage have created a blood shortage. The American Red Cross said supplies have reached an emergency level with 50,000 fewer units than expected over the last month across the country. This shortfall leaves the Red Cross with half the readily available blood on hand compared to this time last year.
